What we do:

Hubdhaka is the first & largest coworking space in Bangladesh - A members-only workspace for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and independent professionals to work, network and make new friends. It is the venue for the assembly of like-minded Superstars of Digital Bangladesh who have agreed to conform to the high standard that they have set for themselves and work side by side with other members (rarely disturbing the others.) ​

Who we are looking for:

To achieve our mission, we are looking for an “Intern” who will rotate into different teams and assist us with our operation, planning and execution. This is a great role for anyone who is in their final year of studies; wants to gain work experience; understand various office functions to decide what type of job they want to take up after they graduate and receive university credit.

Examples of what you will do:

• Be the first point of contact for guests
• Be our voice & face in community events
• Assist in office tasks as needed
• Participate in meetings and take meeting notes
• Take up other duties as assigned

• Confident & positive attitude with the ability to work independently under pressure
• Must be proactive and dynamic
• Solution mindset - Ability to find solutions to problems
• Good communication skills in English (written & verbally )
• Ability to prioritize
• Curious & always asking question
• Computer literacy: Good knowledge and ability to work using Google docs

Nice to have skills:

• Typing speed in English 40+ WPM
• Ability to use Avro/Bijoy
• Some prior event or work experience
